This was recognised during a recent County Durham Care Partnership Executive meeting, during a visit by Professor Claire Fuller, National Primary Care Medical Director and in the Health Service Journal Awards.
More importantly the people you care for every day send in compliments and thank you messages. They live a better life because of you.
We know that we are often caring for people during times of high demand for services. It is during these times that the strength of our working relationships and partnerships is of vital importance to the residents of County Durham.
